This electronic course provides basic information for a self study of the following histological slides:
• Adrenal gland
• Thyroid gland
• Paratyroid glands
• Islets of Langerhans
Knowledge of this topic and of the slides is required for revision tests, credit and final examinations in histology and embryology.

This part of the E-course describes a microscopic structure of the suprarenal gland.

This part describes a microscopic structure of the thyroid gland and parathyroid glands.

The topic describes the microscopic structure of the endocrine part of the pancreas.
