Essentials of Surgery present to students the first theoretical knowledge in surgical propaedeutic by practical exercises, lectures and e-learning. Students are informed about basic principles and terms in surgical clinical practice, methodology of surgical therapy, surgical instruments and aids and related anatomical and biological principles and surgical treatment. There are also information about the basic system of organization of surgical workplaces and interdisciplinary cooperation. Teaching is based on acquiring basic surgical practical skills.
